I have a research background in critical phenomenology, feminist philosophy, and interdisciplinary medical humanities. I am nearing completion of my PhD thesis at the Wellcome Centre for Cultures and Environments of Health at the University of Exeter, for which I take an engaged approach to studying phenomenology, ageing, and older age. I am Chair of the International Symposium for the British Society of Phenomenology, and I have published in Puncta: Journal of Critical Phenomenology, the Journal of the British Society of Phenomenology, and Frontiers in Pain Research. I completed my MA in Philosophy at KU Leuven, Belgium, in 2018. On weekends, I am also a keen trad climber.
